I began to work with Dr. Pope about 2 1/2 years ago for the treatment of a skin allergy. I had tried all other doctors and was taking the maximum dose of antihistamine at the time. I wanted to reduce the amount of medication I was taking as I was trying to get pregnant. Within one month, my symptoms were drastically reduced and I was able to reduce the amount of medication I was taking to almost nothing. I also had her treat me for fertility and within few months found out I was pregnant. During my pregnancy, I continued treatment for nausea, headaches, body aches, and all the usual symptoms of pregnancy and found the acupuncture to be remarkable in dealing with those symptoms. I am very active and train very hard for triathlons. Due to intense training, I often have a number of aches and pains. I receive acupuncture for all of these issues and they usually resolved almost immediately.
I highly recommend acupuncture performed by Dr. Pope for any physical and/or emotional symptoms you may experience on a regular basis. It is the most beneficial treatment I have ever participated in.
